How to use the codes

Follow your inner guidance, for there is no right or wrong way in working with these Light Codes. Each individual code is for you - about you - so that the energetic connection may look different for each of us. 

Let the Light Code and meditation speak to you. The key is setting up the time and space so that your body feels the honoring and love that you are providing.  

What Light Code is calling you? Many decks of cards out there are set up for you to shuffle the cards, then pick one. These Light Codes are about you choosing one card at a time, based on your personal journey to Evolve. 

This is a total mind, body, and soul experience. You may find yourself just quietly drawn to a picture as you are pulled into your own thoughts and journey. These pictures have all been charged with the underlying vibrational frequencies of the Light Codes. Simply staring at these images is creating the frequency activation within.

You may be guided to hold the Light Code and to place it somewhere on your body. For some people, connecting your experience with crystals may feel right. Essential oils, fragrance, background music, being indoors/outdoors, barefoot, etc... there is no wrong way to experience the activations. 

Each time you use a Light Code, you might set it up differently.

Each Light Code has its own meditation to help in making that connection with the Code. You do not need to use these meditations to have your own experience. They are available for you to follow or branch off to something else that speaks to you. 

You are given the Light Codes, but the activation combined with your wisdom, holds the key for you healing in self-love.

These Light Codes are not a one and done kind of experience. Like an onion, let your experiences with the Codes continue to peel away what no longer serves you. Nothing so sacred is a quick and easy fix. Stay with it...

The uses for these Codes are limitless. Let your wisdom guide you. When you are done working with a Light Code, take the time to integrate it into your total Being. 

Other suggestions:

·  Hang the card on a wall/mirror for you to see it and connect with the Energy often.

·  Sleep with it.

·  Save it is on your phone to view when needed.

·  Have it with you during each meditation. Hold it, sit, stand, or lie on it.
